RESEARCH / DESIGN & CONTENT

Twenty websites.
One considered approach.

A qualitative benchmark reviewed on 18 October 2026—not an independently verified traffic ranking or endorsement.

The sample combines established Reiki organisations, educational resources, and Indian service websites surfaced in web searches. We compared information structure, clarity of services, learning resources, trust information, enquiry routes, and health-claim boundaries. Directly retrieved page text was used where available; indexed search material was used for inaccessible pages as noted below. This was a content and navigation review, not a complete visual, security, or clinical audit.

How the findings shaped this site

The resulting site uses a calm green-and-ivory palette, generous spacing, a short navigation menu, beginner guides, a seven-chakra reference, session preparation, FAQs, and a contact-information page. All copy is original. Competitor testimonials, qualifications, prices, statistics, and health claims have not been transferred to this practice.

Evidence boundary

For scientific context, NCCIH’s Reiki overview explains the lack of clear evidence for health effectiveness and the absence of scientific evidence for the proposed energy field. Chakra descriptions are presented as spiritual themes rather than anatomy or a diagnostic system.
