EXPLORE / SEVEN CHAKRAS

Seven themes.
A little space to reflect.

Use a familiar contemporary chakra framework as a spiritual map for contemplation—not as a test of your health.

Chakra teachings have roots in South Asian Hindu and Buddhist traditions, with different systems describing different numbers and meanings. The seven-centre, rainbow-colour model below is widely used in modern wellness. Colours and associations vary between traditions. Chakras are spiritual concepts, not established anatomical structures.

What does “chakra healing” mean here?

It refers to meditation, imagery, and reflection using chakra themes. It does not mean identifying a medical imbalance or clearing a proven physical blockage. You do not need to “open” every chakra or feel a particular sensation.

Try a short reflection

  1. Choose a theme that feels useful today, such as steadiness or compassion.
  2. Sit in a comfortable position and breathe normally.
  3. Read its reflection prompt and consider one small everyday action.
  4. Finish by noticing your surroundings and returning to your routine.

Keep practices gentle. Avoid breath-holding or pushing through discomfort. If meditation increases distress, stop and choose an ordinary grounding activity or seek appropriate professional support.
